In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and related national adaptation legislation, we provide the interested party with the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing personal data for what concerns the data released in the Contact form of this website, as well as the possible scope of communication and dissemination of the same.

The processing of data is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization, accuracy, protection by all legitimate means of integrity, confidentiality and the rights provided for.

We inform the interested party that the personal data, voluntarily provided by filling in the fields of the Contact form online, will be processed exclusively for the activity of responding and sending information as requested by the same and for purposes of legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Data processing for purposes other than those specified here will not be carried out without the explicit consent of the interested party and delivery of the relevant information.

3. Nature of data provision

The provision of data in the fields of the Contact form is optional with the exception of those indicated as mandatory. The latter, in fact, are necessary to achieve the purposes and the refusal of the Interested Party to provide them will determine for the Data Controller and its Representatives the impossibility of sending the answers and information requested.

4. Treatment Methods

The data will be processed with IT tools in compliance with the security measures required by current legislation.

The personal data provided by the Interested Party by filling in the fields of the Contact form online when sending the relevant requests will be stored in the relevant application exclusively for the purposes indicated above.

For the purposes of this paragraph, the Data Controller undertakes to observe specific security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, in full compliance with the laws and regulations.

5. Lawfulness

The interested party must express consent to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes set out in this Policy in order to receive the requested information.

7. Storage times

The data will be stored for a period of 2 years after the last contact, unless longer storage is legally permitted for other reasons or for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

  • Delete your data.
  • Transform and/or limit or block data processed in violation of the law.
  • Update, rectify or integrate your data.
  • Obtain your personal data, provided to the Data Controller, so that they can be transmitted to another Data Controller.
  • Have certification that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right;
  • Oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
